Return Policy
Personal Hygiene Products
They cannot be returned under any circumstance, as established by the Department of Health.
Equipment
Special orders:
Returns are not accepted.
General equipment:
The customer has 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return due to a manufacturing or functionality defect.
The item must be returned to our facility in its original packaging.
Medical–Surgical Products
The customer has 5 days from the delivery date to request a return due to a manufacturing defect.
The item must be returned to our facility in its original packaging, with no signs of use or alterations.
General Conditions
- No returns are accepted for correctly dispatched merchandise.
- No return will be processed without a purchase receipt.
- No cash refunds are issued. A store credit will be provided for the value of the returned product.
- The credit will be valid for 30 days.
- This only applies if the product is not broken or damaged due to mishandling.
Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized by the owner.
